Closing date for normal registration for the competition, exhibition and dining is : August 29th 2012.
Registration is possible after August 29th but at double-price.
Registration for dining cannot be accepted after August 29th due to logistics.
Team Competition:
Last year we held for the first time a team competition
Membership of a club will not be necessary to participate.
Rules will be up-dated as we learn from our experiences.
For 2012 they are as follows:
- Minimum of 3 modellers per "team" that enters.
- Each "team" will be designated a table of 0,6m x 1,2m, with access from all sides.
- Anything else required for the display – table-covers, back-grounds, plinths etc - will be provided by the team itself.
- It will be up to the "team" itself to decide what to display and how. Some may choose to display a single category, others from a certain period, whatever - the choice is yours.
- Displays will be judged by a select team of judges. Individual models will be taken into account but most weight will be given to the over-all appearance of the display.
Stoppel Hobby has sponsored a voucher for DKr. 1000 as prize to the winner of the club competttion.
Registration can be made along with normal registration.
Rules for the Open Comptetion:
- Anyone can compete/exhibit, membership of a club is not necessary.
- Minimum of 3 entrants per class.
- Models which cannot be placed in any other class will be placed in a class for "anything else".
- Photo- and text documentation is allowed, but limitated to max. one A4-page.
- If there is any doubt about which class a model should be entered into, the judges decision will be final.
- Previous winner-models may not compete.
